He recounts the love story between Rose, an orphaned teenager without money and Michel, a painter six years his senior, as well as their encounter with Lucille and Hubert, an older rich couple.

Rose, interpreted by Galatéa Bellugi, wears a tailor-made waist band made by Poupie Cadolle.
