Shipping your order

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD in the European Union and via Fedex worldwide, with tracking number and drop-off without signature. 

Shipping costs include the whole shipping process, from packaging to delivery. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. 

We recommend you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. 

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile items.The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate to the size of your order and your items are properly protected.
