Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment. The customer can choose from the following delivery options: Chronopost express to a relay point for shipments in France and DPD for home delivery, whether in France or Europe, or FEDEX for international delivery.

Products are delivered free of charge in mainland France for purchases of 99 euros or more.

Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Return conditions

Products can be returned free of charge within 14 calendar days. Items must be unworn and in perfect condition.

Returns are at the customer's expense.

Your order must be in "delivered" status to be eligible for a return.

It is essential to include your invoice in the package for your return to be processed.

Return procedure

1° Go to the "My orders" section of your customer account

2° Select "Make a return" next to the order concerned

3° Follow the return instructions indicated on the page at this step

4° Go to the "My returns" tab of your customer area to find out the address to which to send your package.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we invite you to follow our return procedure by selecting the return reason "defective product". We also invite you to contact us via our form to send us a photo of the damaged product, so that we can resolve this small issue very quickly.

Refund

The refund will be made within 10-15 days following the receipt of your package at our premises.

If you have returned an order, you will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is deteriorated, will not be refunded or exchanged.
